Flexibility allows you to change plans to fit the times, while adaptability allows for improvement. When you are flexible, you can change your plans to fit your needs; when you are adaptable, you can change your plans to fit the needs of the people you are serving.

Here’s how we can keep growing in hard times.

  • Building a resilience

Sometimes, life throws us a curveball. One day, we wake up to discover that our well-being is suddenly dependent upon people who may not care about us as much as we care about them. Health, well-being, self-confidence, and happiness all hinge upon how we interact with others, and sometimes that can be a struggle.
